Virtual Test Sessions

Accepting tests – All levels up to and including Senior/Gold Skating Skills and Singles and International Dance.

Virtual Test Instructions
Videos must be recorded within 14 days prior to the date of the test. Payment, video, and ALL required forms must be received by MIDNIGHT on the date of the Virtual Test. Please note that failure to send in all forms/quality video may result in test not being judged. Questions? Email testchair@cortlandskating.com.
STEP 1: Read all the instructions and familiarize yourself with the requirements.​

STEP 2: Register for the test session.
Registration is now being done online via EntryEeze.
CFSC members: Log in to your EntryEeze account and then go to the “Test Sessions” tab on the Menu to register.
Members of all other clubs: Use the “Non Members” link on the top left of the EntryEeze login page to register.
NOTE: This link is only available when a current test session is open for registration. If you do not see the link, then non-member registrations are not being accepted at this time.
Members of other clubs cannot log in to the CFSC EntryEeze page as an “Existing Member.”
STEP 3: Download and print the forms you will need to submit with your test application.
​STEP 4: Record your video.​
IMPORTANT - Please read the "Virtual Test Guidelines " CAREFULLY BEFORE recording. If the guidelines are not followed, we cannot submit the test and no refunds will be provided.

Fill out the Virtual Test Placard. (A sample placard can be downloaded from USFSA here.)

Fill out your affidavit and get it signed by the proctor, videographer and your coach.

Fill out and get the Name and Likeness Release and Permission to Test forms signed.
STEP 5: Scan or take a photo of your required documents.

STEP 6: Upload your video and documents to EntryEeze (by the submission deadline).

Name your video using the skater’s last name, test level, and test description before uploading to Entryeeze.

After logging in - at the top of the screen click on "Test Sessions".

Next, click on “Manage My Video” underneath the test you want to upload a video for.

Click on "Choose File".

Select the video from the location on your phone/computer where you saved it.

Click "Upload File".

Use the same instructions as above to upload the forms for the test but in the “Attestation Form” section.​​​​​
